Story;

Taking place in Lucknow,Kanjoos Makhichoos is a black comedy about Jamnaprasad Pandey, a miserly man who saves money to send his parents on a pilgrimage. When he loses his parents in a flood, fate has other plans. Jamuna Prasad Pandey is devastated to learn that he will only receive half of the compensation amount announced by the government due to middlemen and rampant corruption. The rest of the story follows a series of hilarious twists and turns as he battles the corrupt system to obtain just compensation.
