Story;


After a year in hiding, Hunt is approached by his former colleague, Benji Dunn (Simon Pegg). Dunn informs Hunt that the weapon he was attempting to recover has been stolen by a terrorist cell led by Lyutsifer Safin (Rami Malek).
Hunt and his squad must reassemble in order to stop Safin from exploiting the wworld. They must also cope with the aftermath from Hunt's apparent death, as well as the mounting threat of a global pandemic, along the way.


Christopher McQuarrie, who directed the previous two Mission: Impossible films, directs this one. Tom Cruise, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Ving Rhames, Vanessa Kirby, Angela Bassett, Henry Czerny, and Cary Elwes are among the cast members.
On July 14, 2023, Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One was released in theatres. It garnered favourable reviews from critics, who praised Cruise's performance, McQuarrie's direction, and the action sequences in the picture.
Hunt and his squad follow Safin to Berlin, where they try to prevent him from selling the weapon to a bidder. However, Safin gets one step ahead of them and detonates a bomb, killing the buyer and several members of Hunt's squad.


Hunt and the survivors are forced to flee while Safin sends his spies to Norway, where he is exploiting the weapon to produce a lethal virus.
Hunt and his team must race against the clock to stop Safin before the virus spreads and destroys the globe. They eventually succeed in stopping Safin, but at a high cost. One of Hunt's closest pals, Ilsa Faust (Rebecca Ferguson), is killed in the final battle.


The film's conclusion is bittersweet. Hunt and his squad are successful in stopping Safin, but Ilsa's death is a significant loss for them.
The conclusion leaves room for a sequel. Safin is still alive, and he may constitute a future threat to the world.


The conclusion also establishes a new team dynamic for the sequel. Hunt will need to find new partners to assist him combat Safin and other threats now that Ilsa has died.
